Французский. L' etude des formes de coordination entre agriculteurs et transformateurs au Liban est apparue interessante suite au retour de l' economie libanaise vers une economie normale et a l' insertion du secteur des fruits et legumes dans un marche mondial, ouvert et concurrentiel. Nous avons ainsi essaye de realiser un travail qualitatif de reference qui doit etre considere comme une premiere analyse de ce genre effectuee dans notre pays. L' article comprend trois grandes parties : l' introduction montre l' interet de cette etude en mettant l' accent sur l' etat actuel de la filiere fruits et legumes. La deuxieme partie propose la theorie des contrats comme outil methodologique. La troisieme partie se veut une typologie et une analyse des modes de coordination entre les producteurs rencontres et les unites de transformation visitees.

The aim of this study is to review the modes of coordination between fruit and vegetable producers and processors, whose interest is growing , since Lebanon is reverting to a normal economy and the fruit and vegetable sector is joining the open and competitive world market. As a result, we have tried to do a qualitative work which should be considered as the first analysis of this kind carried out in our country. This paper includes three major parts : the introduction highlights the interest of this survey by laying emphasis on the current state of the fruit and vegetable sector in Lebanon. The second part proposes the theory of the contracts as a methodological tool. The third part outlines a typology and an analysis of modes of coordination between farmers and processors.
