Resultados del noveno vivero de seleccion de trigo para zonas semiaridas (SAWSN) 1990-91.

Испанский язык; кастильский. El 9o. SAWSN, constituido por 237 entradas (incluyendo testigos), se distribuyo en 1990. Las lineas fueron seleccionadas en Mexico con el objeto especial de crear tolerancia a la sequia, resistencia a las enfermedades y, en muchos casos, mejorar el potencial de rendimiento. 60 colaboradores de 31 paises devolvieron los datos que se incluyen en este informe. La eleccion de las variables observadas y los datos enviados depende de cada colaborador. En este informe hemos incluido solo las variables mas importantes y, por lo tanto, el numero de observaciones difiere de una variable a otra. El lector debe tener en cuenta que el rendimiento reportado corresponde a una sola parcela, sin repeticiones y sin bordos, cultivada esencialmente para la observacion mas que para la estimacion del rendimiento. La intencion del CIMMYT es que la informacion presentada se utilice en el trabajo de recombinacion y seleccion de los programas nacionales.

Английский. The 9th SAWSN, comprising 237 entries (including checks), was sent to cooperators in 1990. These lines were selected in Mexico especially for tolerance to drought and resistance to disease and, in many cases, yield potential as well. 60 cooperators representing 31 countries returned data to be included in this report. The choice of variables measured and the data returned rests with the individual cooperator. We have included in this summary selected variables reported to us. The number of observations, therefore, differs from variable to variable. The reader should bear in mind that the yield reported is from a single, unreplicated and unbordered plot, essentially grown for observation rather than for yield estimation. It is CIMMYT's intent that the information in this report be used by national programs in their recombination and selection efforts.
