The Authors, starting from the assumption that the cultural management, foreseen both for top-soils with negative woodcutting rights and for those with positive ones, leaves behind on the ground large quantities of brushwood, predict the in-situ trasformation of these wooden masses into electrical energy, the transfer of which, via cable, becomes economically more feasible, since cables are less costly than roads.
