Researches performed on Karakul rams with andrological disorders pointed out the total absence of sexual instinct in a percentage of 40.9 per cent, low sexual instinct and freakishly manifested instinct in 34.1 per cent and spermgenesis disturbances in 25 per cent. Serum gonadotropin was given to stimulate spermgenesis, chorionic gomedotrophin to stimulate the sexual instinct and testosteron for the correction of hypogonadism and hypoandrogenism. The applied hormonal treatments produced a temporary healing in 33.3 per cent rams with total absence of sexual instinct, changed the sexual instinct in 86.6 per cent rams with low sexual instinct, led to volume increase of ejaculates by 40-55 per cent and of the concentration by 12-36 per cent. The fertility rate obtained after treatment was 66.6 per cent, 86.6 per cent and respectively 89.2 per cent and the mean mating number was 4.37 and 55.
