This report is the product of ten years of research on the interaction of the environment, nutrition, and lifestyle and the effect this interaction has on our health. Recommendations for specific courses of action to be taken by governments, foundations, private sector, and medically related fields are included. The aim of these recommendations is to present a model of health premotion and disease prevention.
