In the monography the historical prerequisites of origin and problems of creating, developing and debugging of activities of agricultural information consulting and educational services and their networks are considered. Based on the complex systemic analysis the American and British reference models of these structures are studied. The experience of their spreading and operation in different countries is analysed. With taking into account specific market relations in Ukraine the conceptual model is developed of the national system of information consulting and educational services of the agro-industrial complex of various departmental subordination and ownership forms, which creation will facilitate solving the problem of satisfying Ukraine's needs in food products and agricultural raw material. The book also deals with the scientifically substantiated recommendations on solving organizational problems. The modern forms and methods of work with the customers are offered.
