Modification of agroecosystems, soil-cover and chernozems profile under the influence of antierosion system of agriculture have been closely investigated for the first time by means of distance and ground cartographical and analytical methods. The new territorial organization lead to the substantial decrease of crop rotation areas (from 84-102 to 8-58 ha), the length of area along the slope (from 400-800 to 170-350 m) that reduces erosion intensity by 6,8 times. According to air-photography and field cartography data, and due to the introduction of antierosion agricultural systems one could observe a rather insignificant transformation of the soil-cover structure. Average to use the soil under the corresponding cultures that prove a higher effective factor of utilizing topsoils (K=1,2-1,9). There exists a possibility of using cosmic survey for the purpose of determining the peculiarities of actual topsoil of aero-landscapes with cut relief in the central part of Moldova Republic. The description of soils, soil combinations and the condition of ecosystems were obtained by using cluster maps in soil schemes. There were also revealed anthropogenic transformations of irrigated agroecosystems in steppe chernozems and in grey-brown soils of semi-desert zones. Irrigated chernozems of Moldova are characterized by intensive scattering and tend to loaming and thickening of arable layers, deterioration of humus content and reserve, increase of soil magnesium portion. Long term irrigation of Syrian grey-brown soils created an agroirrigational one meter horizon with increased general specific surface at 17-18 m/g. The obtained agrotechnical system including organic fertilizers favours the reproduction of fertility, humus preservation and enhances 4-5 times the content of mobile phosphorus. Long-term irrigation does not bring about the process of solonets formation soils of semi-desert.
