The effect of mixtures of thiocyclam + methidathion and bensultap + phosmet on different stages of Colorado potato beetle (CPB): eggs 1st and 2nd generation, adults and larvae of 3rd instar, 1st generation, was investigated. The biological material was collected in field and exposed to insecticide action by dip-method. The effect on life stages was registered during six days and sensitivity of stages expressed as LC50 b-slope and lc-p line. The joint action was expressed as synergistic ratio (SR). Thiocyclam appeared highly effective to eggs of 1st and 2nd generation and larvae and adults of 1st generation. On average, to all life stages tested, it was 20 times more toxic then methidathion. Methidathion was less toxic then thiocyclam to all life stages, especially to larvae. The effect of bensultap and phosmet, on average, on all life stages of experimental population was low. Bensultap was 5.4 times more toxic to larvae than phosmet. The mixture of bensultap and phosmet performed decreased toxicity to all life stages of CPB population investigated.
