DEUTSCH: In ISO 9000 ff. sind in 20 Elementen die Anforderungen an ein Qualitaetsmanagement-System festgelegt. Die Elemente reichen von der Verantwortung der obersten Leitung und der Festlegung der Qualitaetsziele ueber die Beschaffung der Rohstoffe wie Futtermittel und Kueken, die Prozesslenkung bis zu Pruefungen des Produktionsprozesses und zu Qualitaetsaufzeichnungen und Schulungen. Vorteile fuer einzelne Unternehmen und Erzeugergemeinschaften.
