The content of calcium in years of investigation was increasing permanently from the beginning to the end of vegetation and differences were statistically very significant. The greatest content of calcium, before blooming, was found in 1990 with 3.161, while it was the lowest in 1989 with 1.827 of dry matter. After blooming, the greatest content of calcium was found in 1989 with 4.280, and it was the lowest in 1991 with 3.070. The content of calcium throughout beginning of maturity of grapes was the greatest in 1990, with 4.480, following 4.227 in 1989 and it was the lowest in 1991 with 3.681 of dry matter.
