O baldio e a exploracao agricola individual numa aldeia do Nordeste Transmontano.

Dans ce travail on essaie, d' apres un seul cas, la communaute "Agro-Pecuaria de Montesinho", d' etudier les rapports actuels entre un modele associatif de production, cree apres 1974 et dirige vers l' exploitation en commun du terrain communal du village et les exploitations agricoles individuelles de ses cooperants. On essaye de saisir son mode de fonctionnement economique et les effets deja produits sur les exploitations individuelles de ses membres.

PORTUGUES: No presente trabalho procura-se, atraves do estudo de um caso, a Comunidade Agro-Pecuaria de Montesinho, reter o momento actual das relacoes entre uma forma associativa de producao, criada apos 1974 e virada para a exploracao em comum do baldio da povoacao e das exploracoes agricolas individuais dos seus cooperantes. A analise coloca-se no plano economico e e orientada no sentido de clarificar a complementariedade existente entre as duas economias, a individual e a colectiva, afim de explicar as razoes, nesta fase inicial, da permanencia e desenvolvimento da cooperativa, o seu funcionamento economico e os efeitos que ela, ganhando dimensao economica crescente, ja comecou a produzir nas exploracoes dos seus associados.

This is an attempt, through the study of a specific case, the Montesinho "Agro-Pecuaria" Community, to examine the present relationship between a cooperative type of production created after 1974 embracing the joint exploitation of the village common land and the individual smallholding agriculture activities of those involved. It is an analysis on the economic level, which aims to clarify the complementary relationship of the two economies, the individual and the collective, in order to explain the reasons, at this initial stage, why the cooperative was maintained and developed, its economic operation and the effects it has begun to have on the holdings of its members, as its economic dimensions have grown.
