The article deals with the basic principles and technology of the preparation of nutritive solutions. The composition of nutritive solution which are envisaged for the growing of different vegetables in mineral substrats and moss peat is analysed. It is pointed out that in the preparation of nutritive solutions one must choose mineral fertilizers which dissolve in the water without sediments.
