Flowering character of two vegetable soybean varieties were studied at Thailand Outreach Program/Asian Vegetable Research and Development Center experimental farm, Kasetsart University, Kamphaengsaen campus, Nakorn Pathom province during August-September 1986. Flowering character of White Lion; flowering date of the first flower was 23 days, the full bloom of flowers was 26 days and average maximum number of flowers per plant was 11.40, the range of flowering period was 15 days and average total number of flowers per plant was 50.65. Flowering character of Tsurunoko; flowering date of the first flower was 25 days, the full bloom of flowers was 27 days and average maximum number of flowers per plant was 8.70, the range of flowering period was 12 days and average total number of flowers per plant was 44.00. Both varieties were similar on position of flower; the position of first flower was at the middle of main stem, the position of full bloom took on every node within few days. Position of flowering was at the top and around the middle main stem in all directions.
