Ninety seven soil samples representing loamy sand and sandy loam soils at 0-75 cm/depth from Kula Ronghai project area, Amphoe Suwannaphum, Roi-Et province were extracted for electrical conductivity (EC) in 1982. Results showed that the electrical conductivity of soil extracted with 1:5 soil water ratio were highly significant correlated with the EC of soil saturations extract with r=0.9379 and y=37.25+0.0523 X where x was the EC of soil saturation extract in terms of ms/cm.
