A study on spacing of three early varieties of cabbage (Chia-Tai, Luk-lok and Cho-fa) was conducted at Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai, Songkhla during rainy season of 1980. The results showed that all the three early varieties of cabbage exhibited good performance such as growth, heading and yield. Yield (fresh weight) of all varieties of cabbage was in the range of 2,143-3,356 Kg/rai and were not significantly different the 60x30 and 70x30cm. spacing gave significantly higher yield than 60x50 and 70x50cm.
