The proceedings included the following themes: validity of water for irrigation and its relation with soil and irrigated crops, chemical and biological changes for root layer in cotton with the use of saline water, saline water use in irrigation of wheat barley, cotton and sugar beat, irrigation methods by using semi saline water in Tunisia and salinization of soil in Tunisia.
