Nowadays, we have countless interesting places in Europe, which have got a specific history, culture or people. A yearly vacation is important for people from all over the world. There are many possibilities of having a good rest where can spend spare time. In Poland we could visit picturesque landscapes, in particular in the mountains. However, do really have any chances for development on these areas? Having tried to answer for this question it was carried out a survey in one of the marvellous place in Poland in small town Kamienna Góra. There were 150 people under forty year questioned. The research was conducted in 2011 during a scientific camp Student Scientific Koniczynka on the district and Kamienna Góra commune. These results were worked out in some charts and table and characterize many essential facts. Even though were some disadvantage it turned out that thanks to good motivated people the development can be achieved. In addition an excellent location will lead to a visible success in the future.
