Mixtures produced in local feed factories were radiation hygienic safe for use in poultry nutrition. In some samples of dicalcium phosphate were the increased levels of 238U and 226Ra, which may contribute to increasing radioactivity of the final mixtures. It is therefore necessary to be continually radiation control of the mineral supplements.
