During 2011, in Sremska Mitrovica (Serbia) on an experimental station Galenika-Fitofarmacija a.d., examined the effectiveness of preparation Talisman extra (sulkotrion 225 g / l + nikosulfuron 25 g / l) obtained in stage 6 to 8 leaves of corn, and when the weeds were at the stage of intense growth (2-6 leaves broadleaf annuals and grass weed 10 - 20 cm in height). The trials were conducted in a randomized block design with four replications in accordance with standard method PP 1 / 50 (2), EPPO (2004). Talisman extra is wide spectrum of activity exhibited in doses of 1.5 and 2 l / ha showed a high efficiency (greater than 90%) of broadleaf annuals and perennial weeds: Abutilon theophrasti, Amaranthus retroflexus, Chenopodium album, Chenolodium hybridum , Datura stramonium, Polygonum lapathifolium, Sinapis arvensis, Solanum nigrum, Xanthium strumarium and Sorghum halepense (r), Sorghum halepense (s). Experiment results showed that Talisman extra had high efficiency in suppressing a wide range of weed species, as well as good selectivity of the corn crop. During the experiment, there was no fitotoksičnost studied herbicides in relation to the crop.
