This paper presents a methodology for determining a qualitative evaluation of preventive maintenance measures, not revealing the essence of the process to prevent failures analyzed the technical system. It also presents a methodology to determine characteristics which can be estimated as the impact of preventive measures on the reliability of technical systems, depending on the cost of their application.
