The payment represents worthy compensation for work. The differentiation of wages depends on applied forms and payment systems. In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of thorough analysis of national and foreign publications, regulatory legal acts in the sphere of payment for labour there were developed the main criterion of an efficient system of payment for labour. In Belarus two forms of a payment are applied: price-work (the wages are charged proceeding from quantity of made production and quotations for its unit) and time (the payment is charged for quantity of fulfilled time). Both price-work and time systems of a payment are based on a tariff system. The tariff part of workers' wages consists of tariff rates of working, official salaries of heads, experts and other employees. The account of specific features of each worker is carried out under condition of application of criteria of stimulation allowing more detailed to consider specific feature and the contribution of each concrete worker. Bonus models of a payment are realized by attraction of workers to participation in profits, incomes, and the capital.
