For fish-breeding branch of the Republic of Belarus intensive management is notable. It implicates high density of fish planting and acclimatization of new species. Surface water sources, appearing main channels of fish material, are often abundant with wild and pest organisms (fish diseases carriers). In such conditions the problem of fish protection from disease appears very essential. The most harmful fish ectoparasites are infusoria and fluke, especially Trichodina sp., Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Dactylogyrus sp. and others. Application of anti-parasitic preparation along with complex of veterinary and sanitary measures allows declining the level of fish diseases. Therefore, development of modern native preparations for prophylaxis and treatment of ectoparasitic disease of fish is made. The article deals with the information on the new preparations Disol-K and Disol-Na recommended for control of fish ectoparasites such as Trichodina sp., Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Dactylogyrus sp. and others. The prophylactic and therapeutic efficiency of these preparations as well as their influence on a fish organism are identified.
