Application of bacterial inoculum with useful qualities positively influences on plant development, stimulates growth processes, increases crop yield and plant immunity, suppresses fungal contamination of plants. Such processes as nitrogen fixation, mobilizing of hardly accessible forms of phosphorus and potassium are the factors of plant roots stimulation, increasing intake of water and nutritive elements. Influence of phosphorus-mobilizing (P-mobilizing) bacteria on growth processes, crop yield and fungal contamination of cereals on sod-podzolic sandy soils is studied in the article. Tested P-mobilizing bacteria are found to promote plant development at earlier stages of ontogenesis that provides the increase of plants' adaptive potential. As a result of inoculation with P-mobilizing bacteria the root volume of plants increased by 14-30%, root biomass – by 11-32%, stem biomass – by 6-19% compared to control treatments. Inoculation of winter triticale and spring barley sowings with P-mobilizing bacteria resulted to reduction of indices of spread and development of root rot infection by 1.2-1.3 and 1.3-2.3 times respectively. Application of P-mobilizing inoculants resulted in the yield increase of winter triticale and spring barley due to combination of such factors as plant growth promotion, fungi static effect and P-mobilization.
