Any production branch interacts with other spheres of work activity, the reserves of the development reveal within rational organization of the whole production structure. Because of this reason, the main goal of the research appears adaptation of economic and mathematical model of developed production structure of agricultural enterprise, providing rational interaction with other branches of agricultural production. Economic and mathematical model of calculation of perspective production structure of dairy enterprises, allowing analyzing variants of the development taking into account the amount of animals in herd and peculiarities of the used technology, is developed. Four variants of the development of dairy enterprise (extensive, intensive and intensive with several variables) are presented. Total number of animals in herd is calculated; the volume of realization of commercial output is analyzed; the number of proceeds in cash is evaluated. The most important indexes of production level are analyzed; effective economic indexes of milk production are calculated. Comparative analysis of the four variants of the dairy enterprise's development is made.
