Regulation of barley crops weed infestation with the help of a herbicide drotik | Регулирование засоренности посевов ячменя с помощью гербицида дротик

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized studying of herbicide drotik, CCS (2,4-D acid as 2-ethylhexyl ester, 600 g/l) effect on control of spring barley (Hordeum vulgare) seedlings weed infestation. The data on estimation of biological and economic efficiency and main advantages of action on weed plants of this ester form 2,4 D are presented. In course of the study there was analysed weediness of barley seedlings by the following weeds: shepherd's-purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris); lamb's-quarters (Chenopodium album); winterweed (Stellaria media); black bindweed (Polygonum convolvulus); green smartweed (Polygonum scabrum); field pansy (Viola arvensis); corn mayweed (Matricaria inodora); cleavers (Gallum aparine); field sow thistle (Sonchus arvensis); creeping thistle (Cirsium arvense). In control conditions the yielding capacity of barlet was 38.3-50.6 centner/ha, while after application of the studied herbicide drotic in dose 0.6-0.8 liter/ha there were obtained substantial grain yield increases, and the maximal preserved yield was 7.7 center/ha.
