Китайский. 我国是一个自然灾害风险巨大的国家，农业保险作为一种有效分散农业风险的工具，近年来在我国发展迅速。介绍和分析了我国农业保险的作用和现状、模式以及产品种类、农业保险的需求以及测量农户支付农业保险意愿的方法、农业保险区划及费率厘定的过程，指出农业保险法律法规的缺失、农民对农业保险的客观需要丰富和农业保险需求不足相矛盾、农业保险产品质量不高、巨灾风险分散体系不完善和农业保险的研究和成果转化不足是目前我国农业保险研究和实践过程中的主要问题，并提出了解决这些问题的方案。
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]Английский. Agriculture insurance has developed rapidly as an effective risk disperse tool in China when it is confronting with quite huge natural disaster risks. This article introduced and analyzed the role and present status of agriculture insurance in China, its mode, products, farmer needs for insurance, risk zoning and premium rate making; and also pointed out that the deficiency of agricultural laws and regulations, the contradiction between the farmers objective needs for agricultural insurance and the insufficient agricultural insurance products, the low quality of agricultural insurance products, the immaturity of catastrophe risk disperse system and the deficiency of transforming agricultural insurance research achievements into reality. Those are the main problems occurred in the process of agricultural insurance practice and research activities. Before ending, we put forward several schemes to solve these problems.
