The aim of this study was to determine the occurrence and seasonality of gastro-intestinal parasites in domestic sheep. From March 2009 to February 2010, parasitological state in flock of the Romanov sheep (15 rams, 15 ewes and 15 lambs) was studied in one village in the northern Czech Republic. The genus Trichostrongylus was the most common parasite (58% for ewes and 69% for rams). The ram group had the highest values of the genus Trichostrongylus in May and October. For ewes, the highest prevalence was in April. The lambs had the highest prevalence of the genus Eimeria (91%).
