To obtain standard seed quality and avoiding integration, mutation, out pollination and other harmful factors, seed qualification should be done along seed production process. In that purpose, this study was done at laboratory a well as experimental field of Khuzestan Seed and Plant Registrant and Control Research department in - cycle. This research aims to evaluate commercial cultivars of wheat and barley seed purity in super elite, elite and certificate classes.. Planting control plots is a national method to check morphological traits of single plant using random sample of seeds collected form seed parts. . Totally samples collected from, seed parts of bread and durum wheat cultivars as well as seed parts of barley cultivars in super elite, elite and certificate seed classes were plated separately in control plots. Seed samples were represented produced seed at Khuzestan, Kermanshah, Busher, Charmahal- Bakhtaran, Kohkiluyeh and BooyerAhmad, Lorestan, and Ilam provinces. Each control plot contains two meter length rows with cm line space, where the seeds planted laniary with cm distance. Twenty plants per plot were randomly labeled at early growing stage then less environmental sensitive morphologic and agronomic traits were recorded according to Zodex growing scale (attachment No. ) as well as U.P.O.V descriptor protocol. Statistical analysis was done, applying SPSS software and multivariable approaches. Cluster analysis and Principal components analysis were two methods which are prevalent. Used algorithm was Ward that its efficiency was checked using Kofentic correlation coefficient. This study indicated traits uniformity for each seed part and cultivar that provide essential information to compare seed producer during seed multiplication process and their attention in seed purification. . Cluster analysis of wheat field data classified cultivars in two classes and seed category in three distinct clusters. The same analysis categorized both barley cultivars and seed categories in three distinct cluster. Each cultivar sourced from different providence clustered in same clad, indicating same purity for each cultivar/category over geographical seed multiplication, represent uniform standard and validate certification activities. Principal component analysis segregated wheat and barley cultivars in four agents using investigated parameter that explain and of variation , which are : number of spikelet per spike, Shoulder shape of lower glum, wax on spike and flag leaf waxy sheath for wheat cultivars. The variables of barley cultivars were awn length, flag leaf auricle Antocyanin and plant Growth manner showed the most specific positive or negative vector with principal components.
