Phenomenon which, for a short time with its relevance and urgency, has become the subject of interest of many scientific fields is ecologisation economy, through the concept of sustainable development. Striving to provide healthy living conditions for present and future generations, it implies the creation and development of new sectors in the economy. Organic farming is becoming not only an alternative to conventional but increasingly important opportunity for the development of many countries. The impressive growth of organic food market despite the global economic crisis is possible due to high demand for organic products in developed countries. Industrial and Technological Development of highly developed countries had taken its toll in the form of contaminated land, air and water. Therefore, less developed countries where it is still preserved agro-ecosystems have a chance to increase their organic products through its exports. Serbia is definitely one of those countries, and it should use its uncontaminated soil and to increase production and exports of these products to developed organic markets. This would stop the chaotic collapse of the village, reduce unemployment of the rural population, and create conditions for new SMEs to deal with processing and exporting of these products. This would in one of the next phase of development, create the possibility of attracting foreign capital into the sector with huge growth potential.
