Physical and chemical properties of milk taken from cows treated with antiparasitic preperation Butox | Физико-химические свойства молока при противопаразитарной обработке коров бутоксом

Английский. The investigation involves 2 groups of cows, 4 heads in each – an experimental group (EG) and control group (CG) – Black-and-White cows aged 4 years. Cows in the EG were treated with butox by the spraying method on the basis of 0.5 l of a solution per 1 head. Milk of all cows was evaluated by organoleptic characteristics (OC) before and after 3 and 5 days post treatment with butox of the cows in EG. In milk the content of fat, protein, vitamin C, density, acidity and lactose level was determined. No differences in OC of milk in the cows of group 2 have been found. The levels of acidity and lactose did not change. However, the content of fat, protein, vitamin C, and milk density were subjected to changes compared to the milk of cows in the CG. So, the content of fat in the milk of cows in the EG 3 day after treatment increased by 40.5%, after 5 days – by 29.2%, an amount of protein in milk 3 days after treatment increased by 18.6%, after 5 days – by 11%; after 5 days post treatment the content of vitamin C decreased by 30%' the milk density after 3 days post treatment; the milk density after 3 days post treatment decreased up to 10.26.4+-0.2 kg/cub. m and was the same level after 5 days post treatment. Such milk does not meet the standard requirements. An analysis of chromatograms of milk of all cows showed the presence of 3 metabolites of active ingredient of butox - deltametrine in the cow milk in the EG after 3 and 5 days post treatment. These biotransformation products may be not less toxic that deltametrine itself and the excretion of them with time increased. Thus, butox treatment of milk influences the physicochemical properties of milk reflecting the intensity of metabolic processes. The procedures of determining the residues of piretroids in animal products require improving (until, their content is normalized) for the purposes of monitoring piretroids in environmental subjects, animal and human bodies

Русский. В исследовании использовали 2 гр. коров (КО) по 4 гол. - опытная группа (ОГ) и контрольная группа (КГ) - черно-пестрой породы в возрасте 4 лет. КО в ОГ обрабатывали бутоксом методом опрыскивания из расчета 0,5 л р-ра на 1 гол. Молоко (МО) всех КО оценивали по органолептическим показателям (ОП) до и через 3 и 5 дн. после обработки (ПО) бутоксом КО в ОГ. В МО определяли содержание жира, белка, витамина С, плотность, кислотность и уровень лактозы. Различий в ОП МО у КО 2 гр. не установлено. Уровни кислотности и лактозы не изменялись. Однако содержание жира, белка, витамина C и показатель плотности МО КО в ОГ подверглись изменениям по сравнению с МО КО в КГ. Так, содержание жира в МО КО в ОГ через 3 дн. ПО повысилось на 40,5%, через 5 дн. - на 29,2%; количество белка в МО через 3 дн. ПО повысилось на 18,6%, через 5 дн. - на 11%; через 5 дн. ПО содержание витамина C уменьшилось на 30%; плотность МО через 3 дн. ПО понизилась до 1026,4±0,2 кг/куб.м и оставалась на этом уровне через 5 дн. ПО. Такое молоко не соответствует требованиям ГОСТ. Анализ хроматограмм МО всех КО показал наличие 3 метаболитов д.в. бутокса - дельтаметрина в МО КО в ОГ через 3 и 5 дн. ПО. Эти продукты биотрансформации могут быть не менее токсичны, чем сам дельтаметрин и их выделение с МО с течением времени возрастало. Т.о., обработка КО бутоксом влияет на физико-химические свойства МО, отражающие интенсивность обменных процессов в организме. Требуется совершенствование методик определения остатков пиретроидов в животноводческой продукции (пока их содержание не нормируется) в целях мониторинга пиретроидов в объектах окружающей среды, организме животных и человека
