Английский. The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of Direct Income Payment (DIP) policy to the agricultural enterprises of Samsun Province Turkey at the micro level. The data of the research were obtained from randomly selected 96 agricultural enterprises in Samsun through survey and interview method.
