Objective of this research was to study participatory learning process to solve the orchard problems of farmers at Borhin village, Tapong sub-district, Muang district, Rayong province. Participatory action research (PAR) was applied as the research methodology. The results showed that learning process to solve the orchard problems of farmers started by changing paradigm shift of farmers to be ensured confidence using biological instead of chemical inputs. Reducing production cost, self reliance and holistic development approach was achieved the goal. Participatory learning process was built through various activities among community research team. Learning was developed from existing knowledge base and created the new knowledge by integrated the existing knowledge and modern knowledge. The sources of knowledge was learning from individual, group and network especially local wisdom who succeeded as a role model. The form of learning process that conducive learning to solve the problems of the farmers were staging participatory meetings on both formal and informal, field trip to visit the successful work by other individuals and groups, workshop and practical experiments. The researcher role as coordinated facilitator stimulated participation in every step.
