Standardization of electrical energy consumption appears one of the most important factors of effective energy management and includes the following stages: determination of functional level of electrical energy consumption per one unit of production; provision of rational and saving utilization of electrical energy during production process; appointment of initial value for determination of the requirement in electrical energy. The article deals with scientific and methodological peculiarities of measurement of energy consumption for new establishments in country – agricultural settlements. The existing scheme of energy consumption of an agricultural settlement and its industrial facilities is presented. The information on electric equipment and energetic and technical characteristics of a dairy farm is stated. The methods of calculation of energy consumption standards for industrial and social facilities are suggested.
