In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of feeding calves with vitamin-mineral supplement with multienzyme complex during prophylaxis period. The complex vitamin and mineral supplement with a multienzyme complex is a balanced set of biologically active substances on the basis of fodder chalk designed for newborn calves. The complex consists of the main micro- and macronutrients, vitamins, multienzyme complex, glucose, lysine. We have shown the results of changes in bactericide, lysozyme and beta-lysine activity of blood serum of animals, the content of general pro-tein and its fractions, and immunoglobulins. Research results suggest that feeding the studied feed suuplement in doses of 5 g / head per day; 7 g, 10 g, and 15 g / head. per day for calves in course of the preventive treatment period helps to activate humoral factors of immune system, which was proved by the increasing in immunological blood indexes. The highest level of immunological responsiveness of calves was achieved when using the additive in a dose of 10 g / head per day due to increased bactericidal, lysozyme and beta-lysine activity of serum on 2,05% (P less or equal 0,05); 0,67 (P less or equal 0,01), and 1,23% (P less or equal 0,05); the total amount of immunoglobulins - at 7,2% (P less or equal 0,05), including Ig G+ A - at 6,7% (P less or equal 0,05) and M - by 11,2% (P less or equal 0.05); total protein content - at 4,2% (P less or equal 0,05), albumin - 2.8%, and gamma-globulins - 7.8%.
