Китайский. 为明确吡蚜酮等水稻田常用杀虫剂对水稻田天敌蜘蛛的安全性,采用浸渍法测定了其对水稻田优势蜘蛛草间钻头蛛和八斑鞘腹蛛的毒性,并以安全系数(RQ)为标准进行室内安全性评价。结果表明:吡蚜酮、噻嗪酮、噻虫嗪、异丙威和氯虫苯甲酰胺对2种蜘蛛的RQ大于5.00,为低风险性农药;甲维盐对草间钻头蛛和八斑鞘腹蛛的RQ分别为0.14和0.08,为高风险性农药;毒死蜱对草间钻头蛛和八斑鞘腹蛛的RQ分别为0.07和0.88,为中等到高风险性农药;阿维菌素对草间钻头蛛和八斑鞘腹蛛的RQ分别为0.19和0.01,为高到极高风险性农药。此外,还对稻田用药策略进行了讨论。

To evaluate the safety of 8 insecticides applied generally in paddy field to two predating natural enemies,the toxicities to the spider Hylyphantes graminicola and Coleosoma octomaculatum, were determined in the laboratory by the spider dipping method. Risk quotient(RQ= LC50/The low concentration of insecticide)was conducted to evaluate the safety of insecticides to these spiders. The results showed that pymetrozine,buprofezin,thiamethoxam,isoproearb and chlorantraniliprole were low risk to both 11. graminicola and C. octomaculatum, (RQ〉5.00), emameetin benzoate was high risk insecticide (RQ = 0. 14 and 0.08, respectively), chlopyrifos was moderate to high risk insecticide( RQ =0.07 and 0.88 ,respectively) ,and abamectin was high to extremely high risk insecticide( RQ = 0.19 and 0.01 ,respectively). Meanwhile,the strategy of chemical control in paddy field was discussed in this paper.
