Китайский. 【目的】本文研究了2种农药稻瘟灵和乐果对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪的急性毒性效应, 以期为农药的水环境监测及合理使用提供科学依据。【方法】采用水生生物急性毒性实验方法研究稻瘟灵和乐果对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪的单一毒性影响【结果】结果表明,中华蟾蜍蝌蚪在稻瘟灵中24h, 48h, 72h和96h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别是27.885 mg/L, 25.181 mg/L, 23.366 mg/L 和22.551 mg/L, 安全浓度(SC)为6.283 mg/L; 在乐果中24h, 48h, 72h和96h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别是52.321 mg/L, 38.998 mg/L , 29.319 mg/L 和24.115 mg/L, 安全浓度(SC)为6.500 mg/L。【结论】由此得出, 稻瘟灵和乐果对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪属于低毒性农药, 本研究结果将为合理使用这两种农药提供依据。
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]Английский. 【Objective】 The aim of this research was to study the toxic effect of these two pesticides on Bufo gargarizans tadpoles. 【Method】 An acute toxicity method of aquatic biology was used to evaluate the acute toxicity effects of isoprothiolane and dimethoate on tadpoles of Bufo gargarizans. 【Result】 The results showed that the LC50 of isoprothiolane of 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h to tadpoles of Bufo gargarizans were 27.885 mg/L,25.181 mg/L, 23.366 mg/L and 22.551 mg/L, respectively, and the safe concentration (SC) was 6.283mg/L; the LC50 of isoprothiolane of 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h to tadpoles of Bufo gargarizans were 52.321 mg/L, 38.998 mg/L, 29.319 mg/L and 24.115 mg/L, respectively, and the safe concentration (SC) was 6.500mg/L. 【Conclusion】Both of isoprothiolane and dimethoate are low toxicity for the tadpoles of Bufo gargarizans and this research will provides a reference to the rational usage of these two pesticides.
