Китайский. 参考低比转速混流式水轮机的叶片设计原理与双吸泵的结构型式,设计出一种卧式双流道混流式水力透平机,对导水部件采用4种不同翼型导叶的方案进行了探讨,从定性和定量2个方面评价了各方案水力透平机性能的好坏。结果表明:利用传统的头部较厚的导叶不利于水流绕流,在引、导水部件处能量损失严重,而添加头部修型的负曲率导叶的水力透平机效率最优,且转轮叶片面上的流场分布非常理想,确定其为该设计要求下水力透平机的导叶叶型,为将来水力透平机的结构优化和性能预测提供了理论依据。

A type of horizontal double-channel mixed flow hydraulic turbine was designed referring to the low specific speed francis turbine blade design principle and double-suction pump structure, and we investigated the design programs of the guiding device with different guide vanes, and evaluated the performance of hydraulic turbine from the qualitative and quantitative. The results indicated that, it was not good for water flow by using the conventional vane with thick head, and in the diversion components and guiding device with energy loss seriously, but the hydraulic turbine with the negative curvature guide vane which head drawn repairing with optimal efficiency and the flow-field distribution was satisfactory on the surfaces of the runner blade, so we determined it was the hydraulic turbine guide vane for the requirement of the design, which provided a useful reference for the structure optimization and performance prediction of hydraulic turbine in future.
