Effects of different additives on high temperature composting of cow dung | 不同添加剂对牛粪高温堆肥的影响

Китайский. 以牛粪为原料进行高温堆肥试验,在添加不同添加剂的条件下,采用好氧人工翻堆堆肥方式,研究不同添加剂对牛粪高温堆肥的影响。结果表明:添加了添加剂的堆肥,堆体含水率、E4/E6值的下降趋势均大于对照,进入高温所需时间较短,高温维持时间长,种子发芽指数高于对照,可达到无害化要求。其中牛粪同时添加玉米秸秆和微生物腐熟剂的处理效果最好,堆肥升温快,堆温2d达到50℃以上,高温维持28d,堆体最高温度66.7℃,至堆肥结束时,堆体pH值7.91,E4/E6值1.59,种子发芽指数达98.93%,堆料腐熟快,有利于加快堆肥的进程。

In order to study the effects of different additives on high temperature composting of cow dung, the high temperature composting of cow dung added with different additives under an aerobic fermentation was carried out. The results showed that the downtrend of water content and E4/E6 of the treatments added with additives were both higher than those of control, and the time of reaching high temperature were shorten, the high temperature maintenance time were longer, seed germination index were higher than control, and met to the harmless requirements. Among all the treatments, the treatment added with corn straw and microorganism agents had the best effects, the temperature of which increased rapidly to 50℃ on the second day, high temperature maintained 28 days, the maximum temperature reached to 66.7℃, at the end of the composting, the compost’s pH value was 7.91, E4/E6 was 1.59, the seed germination index was 98.93%, the compost rotten fast and the process of composting was accelerated.
