Evaluations of changes of permanent grasslands stand composition under different types and doses of manures

The changes m grasrassland stand composition by different farmyard manures application and intensity of utilization were evaluated by means of the long-term small plot trial, which was establishec in the locality of Rapotin in 2004. Experimental treatments were: H-0,9 - cow manure + dung water (model stockine rate of 0.9 LU/ha, 2 cuts per vear); H-1,4 - cow manure + dung water (model stocking rate of 1.4 LU/ha, 3 cuts per vear); H-2,0 - cow manure + dung water (model stocking rate of 2.0 LU/ha, 4 cuts per year);K-0,9 - slurry (model stocking rate of 0,9 LU/ha, 2 cuts per year); K-1,4 - slurry (model stocking rate of 1.4 LU/ha, 3 cuts per year); K-2,0 - slurry (model stocking rate of 2.0 LU/ha, 4 cuts per vear). It was found siicnificantly higher mean dominance of legumes (8 %) by fertilization with mixture of cattle manure and dung-water than by the slurry application (3 %), whereas dominance of legumes increased with increasing intensity of grassland utilization. The extensive grassland utilization affected the increase of the proportion of grasses up to 62 % in slurry fertilization, or up to 57 % in cow manure + dung water treatment.
