The hypothesis of the research – it is possible to provide required heat regime for sucking piglet facilities using released animal biological heat, appropriate piglet local heating equipment, as well as renewable energy sources and other technical means, depending on the age of the piglets. The aim of the promotion work is to evaluate theoretically and experimentally the maintenance of required heat regime for sucking piglets’ resting places, maximizing the use of local and renewable energy sources. In order to reach the aim, the following tasks are set: to summarize the results of studies about zoo-hygienic standards on appropriate microclimate ensuring trends, correlations and heat treatment factors affecting sucking piglet resting places; to develop a mathematical model of the floor panel for sucking piglet resting places that are heated with a fluid heat carrier to provide the necessary heat distribution uniformity and temperature levels over the heat panel working surface; to design and make an experimental floor heat panel, to develop its testing methodology and to compare experimental data with the results obtained using the mathematical model of the floor panel; to develop a solution for provision the desired temperature in the piglet sty using renewable energy sources and to spot the opportunities of the use of such a heating system at low outdoor air temperatures; to carry out the heat panel economic efficiency evaluation, developing appropriate calculation model. The paper justifies more efficient technical means and technologies for maintenance of the heat regime in the sucking piglet facilities.

Pētījumu veikšanai izvirzīta hipotēze – zīdējsivēnu novietnēs nepieciešamo siltuma režīmu ir iespējams nodrošināt: lietojot izmantojot dzīvnieku radīto bioloģisko siltumu, piemērotus sivēnu vietējās apsildes paņēmienus, kā arī atjaunojamos enerģijas avotus un citus tehniskos līdzekļus, atkarībā no sivēnu vecuma. Pētījumu mērķis teorētiski un eksperimentāli izvērtēt nepieciešamā siltuma režīma nodrošināšanu zīdējsivēnu atpūtas vietās, maksimāli izmantojot vietējos un atjaunojamos energoresursus. Mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: apkopot pētījumu rezultātus par zoohigieniskām normām atbilstoša mikroklimata nodrošināšanas tendencēm, likumsakarībām un siltuma režīmu ietekmējošiem faktoriem zīdējsivēnu atpūtas vietās; izstrādāt grīdas paneļa matemātisko modeli zīdējsivēnu atpūtas vietām, kuras apsildāmas ar šķidru siltumnesēju, lai nodrošinātu nepieciešamo siltuma sadalījuma vienmērību un temperatūras līmeni pa sildpaneļa darba virsmu; izprojektēt un izgatavot eksperimentālo grīdas sildpaneli, izstrādāt tā pārbaužu metodiku un veikt iegūto rezultātu salīdzinājumu ar teorētisko pētījumu rezultātiem, kuri iegūti izmantojot grīdas paneļa matemātisko modeli; izstrādāt risinājumu sivēnu novietnes vēlamās temperatūras nodrošināšanai ar atjaunojamās enerģijas avotu palīdzību un noskaidrot šādas apsildes izmantošanas iespējas pie pazeminātām āra gaisa temperatūrām; veikt sivēnu sildpaneļa ekonomiskās efektivitātes novērtēšanu, izstrādājot attiecīgu aprēķinu modeli. Darbā ir pamatota efektīvāku tehnisko līdzekļu un tehnoloģiju izmantošana siltuma režīma nodrošināšanai zīdējsivēnu novietnēs.
