The census results show that annual population growth rate mean in 38 percent of Isfahan province vi llages was negative between years 1966 to 1996 , this criteria was positive for 68 percent remain in this time range. In the other word we can say that more than one-third of village numbers that numerated as residence for agriculture activities are in population evacuation phase, and population of other villages are increasing toward stabilization. In this research we made an endeavor for detecting and identification of factors effective in village's population evacuation and stabilization with regards to population importance in rural and agriculture development. We use documentary method in this research and our needed information collected by country's census results of population, residence and agriculture. 15 natural-geographic, economic and social effective variable constitute our independent variable and our dependent variable was growth rate mean of village population between years 1966 to 1996. These variables assumed in 150 villages and analyzed by descriptive and inductive statistical tests. Our results say that relation between variables such medium climate, valley and valley- mountain situation , available water supply .arnont of agricultural land, number of farmer family, amant of agricultural productions, amount of welfare, number of industrial activity, number of employee, number of literate, number of population and number of animals was positive with amount of population stabilization. Also these catched results show that relation between variables of warm and cold climate, mountain situation, distance to center of province was negative to amount of population stabilization in villages. Except to this. relation between variables such distance to township center and number of agricultur activity with population stabilization were not significant. With attention to results of multivariate regression we can conclude that variables such number of animals and number of industrial activity have positive effect in population stabilization, and effect of distance to center of province was negative with this criteria. This 3 variables explain 19 percent of variance of annual population growth rate mean and with attention to signification of F test l results of regression can be generalize to overall statistical society. The recommendations of this research can described as below: preventing destruction and changing use' of lands in villages especially in central region of province, making better conditions of welfare possibilities and servicing, fortifying conditions for more development of industrial activities, making attention to remole villages and investment proportional to population growth rate of villages.
