Juniper tree is one of the genetic reserves of the country. Wide range of ecological and species diversity in the Iran is caused to presence of this species in most forest areas. Regeneration is one of the problems of this species that it is caused to take risk its habitat. This project was carried out to help with the regeneration of these species. The collection of trees fruit divided in three group A, B, C and seed separation of fruit and plantation of seeds in the treasury by mixture of original soil habitats were done to produce seedling for transfer to habitat. Also planting seeds directly bellow and out of 10 Juniper tree crown and pursuit of number germination and growing them is other plan of this project. Measurement of quality characteristic of fruits and seeds of three groups Juniper before of planting such as size, thousand seed weight, number of seeds in fruit and number of full seeds in fruit is other measures of this research project. Due to unsuitable climate conditions was not achieved seed germination in nursery until the finish date of project. Only we succeeded to measuring the fruits and seeds qualities and regeneration of sowed seeds in the habitat. The results showed that the number of Juniper seeds is variable between 3 to 4.5 cm. minimum rate of fruit diameter is 0.846 cm belong by the A1 and B8 Juniper trees and the maximum amount of average diameter is 1.138 cm owned by B1. The average number of seeds in Juniper fruit is between 0.5 to over 1.5 cm. 22 seedlings of total seedlings is grown out of crown and 6 seedlings (27%) is established below the Juniper crown.
