Land use planning for food production: the sysnet case study in the Kedah-Perlis region

Methodologies for exploratory agricultural land use planning, employing the `Interactive Multiple Goals Linear Programming` (IMGLP) model, are developed, assessed and tested in the Kedah-Perlis region. These include policy scenarios, resource balancing, and promising production activities. Results of a few preliminary model runs are also discussed.
