This study was conducted to determine appropriate rate of ASIST organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of vegetables, and which rate of ASIST organic fertilizer give the best yield on vegetables production. This study was conducted at the ASIST research from December 2009 to April 2011. Five levels of ASIST bio-fertilizer were used in this study: treatment T0 - Control, T1 - 5 tons/ha, T2 - 10 tons/ha, T3 - 15 tons/ha, and T4 - 20 tons/ha. Based on the results made in this study, it shows significant differences in the growth increment of pepper, final height of pechay, and length of eggplant fruits. Highly significant on final height, number of fruits, weight or yield produced on eggplant and pepper. Highly significant were also obtained from the growth increment and weight of pechay. Crops applied with 20 tons/hectare ASIST organic fertilizer registered the highest growth increment, tallest plants and heaviest yield among the different treatments as compared to those plants with out ASIST organic fertilizer application. Based from the results of the study application of 5 tons per hectare ASIST organic fertilizer is recommended because it gave 57.11%, 7.99%, and 93.67% increase in yield over the control plant on pechay, eggplant and pepper respectively. In incur lesser in puts on organic fertilizer and still it will increase yield of the different vegetables tested.
