Corn is the primary source of income for some farmers but some lack knowledge on how to properly manage their farm in order to attain greater production. Corn information system is a web-based information system that highlights major information on corn in the web. The website provides information to develop the proper fertilization of corn and also deals with the varieties, diseases, and farming of corn. The design and development of a web-based information system provides a faster dissemination of information regarding corn production. The created web-based information system was evaluated by the user regarding their perception on the system using the following criteria: accessibility, identity, navigation and content. The main respondents were from the province of Isabela as provided by the Provincial Agriculture Office and the different Municipal Agriculture Offices. The overall result of the evaluation of the system based from the criteria received a very high acceptability.
