Use of the results of pelagic fish early ontogenesis study in fisheries management | Использование результатов изучения раннего онтогенеза морских рыб в рыбохозяйственной деятельности

Английский. Studies of the pelagic fish early ontogenesis can be divided into two aspects: theoretical and practical one. Referring to the theoretical aspect, it is noted that the survival of fish in the early ontogenesis is determined by a complex set of biotic and abiotic parameters. There are four basic concepts of fry and young fishes population changes: the first – the "critical period", the second – the impact of predators, the third – heterogeneity of ontogenesis, and the fourth – the influence of oceanographic environmental factors. However, all concepts have certain limitations. The main practical results of the study of pelagic fish early ontogenesis are the following: it is possible the assessment of the replenishment value of the short-cycle commercial fish on the results of the fry surveys; the assessment of the size of commercial fish spawning populations in the number of the eggs spawned; the determination of periods and areas of mass spawning and nursery grounds in order to assess their possible catches; the characteristics of water areas ecological state based on the data of ichthyoplankton and fry surveys. The basic directions for further studies of early fish ontogenesis can include analysis of morphofunctional adaptations, research on development and reproductive ecology, analysis of food supply, investigation of predator-prey interaction, taxonomy et al.

Русский. Исследования раннего онтогенеза промысловых рыб можно условно делят на теоретический и практический аспекты. Теоретически выживание рыб в раннем онтогенезе определяется сложным комплексом биотических и абиотических параметров. Существует 4 основные концепции динамики численности личинок и мальков рыб: "критического периода", влияние хищников, разнокачественность онтогенеза, влияние океанографических факторов среды. Однако у всех концепций есть определённые ограничения. Основные практические результаты изучения раннего онтогенеза морских рыб следующие: возможны оценка величины пополнения промысловых короткоцикловых рыб по результатам мальковых съёмок; оценка величины нерестовых стад промысловых рыб по количеству выметанной икры; определение сроков и районов массового нереста и нагула молоди промысловых рыб для оценки их возможных уловов; характеристика экологического состояния акваторий по данным ихтиопланктонных и мальковых съёмок. Направления дальнейших исследований раннего онтогенеза рыб могут включать в себя анализ морфофункциональных адаптаций, изучение экологии размножения и развития, анализ обеспеченности пищей, исследование взаимодействия с хищниками, систематику и др.
