Antigenic properties of different live vaccines from dissociated strains of brucellas | Антигенные свойства разных серий живых вакцин из диссоциированных штаммов бруцелл

Antigenic structure of Brucella was studied by the method of White-Wilson in live vaccines against cattle brucellosis prepared from weakly agglutinogenic strains of Brucella abortus 75/79 (4 series) and B. abortus 82 (9 series) as compared with live Brucella abortus 19 strain vaccine. The study of four series of vaccine from B. abortus 75/79 strain has shown that the S component prevails in its antigenic structure (92.9 – 99.8% of colonies in the S form). Nine series of B. abortus 82 strain vaccine showed the presence of R component prevailing in antigenic structure of most series, but the S form colonies of a single series made up 57.4%. It has been concluded that vaccines from Brucella abortus 75/79 and B. abortus 82 strains used for vaccination of cattle can create problems of postvaccinal differential diagnosis of brucellosis because of changing their agglutinogenic properties as affected by various factors as well as due to the initial presence of brucellas with a high level of agglutinogens in a number of series.

Методом Уайта-Вильсона изучена антигенная структура бруцелл различных серий официально выпускаемых слабоагглютиногенных вакцин против бруцеллеза крупного рогатого скота из штаммов Brucella abortus 75/79 и B. abortus 82 в сравнении с живой агглютиногенной вакциной из штамма B. abortus 19. Из 4 серий вакцины из штамма B. abortus 75/79 у всех в их антигенной структуре превалировал S-компонент (92,9–99,8% колоний в S-форме). Из 9 серий вакцины из штамма B. abortus 82 у большинства в антигенной структуре превалировал R-компонент, однако в одной серии колонии в S-форме составили 57,4%. Сделано заключение, что вакцины из штаммов B. abortus 75/79-АВ и 82 при использовании на крупном рогатом скоте могут создавать проблемы поствакцинальной дифференциальной диагностики бруцеллеза за счет изменения их агглютиногенных свойств под воздействием различных факторов, а также изначального наличия у них в ряде серий бруцелл с высоким уровнем агглютиногенных свойств.
