Features changes in hematological parameters of basic sheep young breeds in Southern Urals under the influence of sex, age and season of the year

The object of the study was sheep young of the Tsigai, South Ural and Stavropol breeds. It is established a number of biochemical mechanisms underlying the action of sex hormones, particularly androgens, on lipid metabolism in animal organism. It is found that castration of young rams leads to a restructuring of metabolic processes in the body, to what the raised content in blood of total lipids, cholesterol, phospholipids and fat-like substances testifies. All this contributes to strengthening of the fat deposition process in the body.
