Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]Английский. Floral organ formation is the focus and hotspot of biological study now. It is the important transformation period of rice from vegetative growth to reproductive growth, and is the inevitable process of rice proliferation. Certain features of the floral organ formation have been revealed through research with plants such as Arabidopsis and rice. Many related genes have been characterized and cloned. The floral organ development mechanisms of ABCDE model were introduced in this paper. The functions of rice MADS-box genes, which participate in the development of floral organ formation, were comprehensively summarized. The latest research about rice floral organ mutants and related genes were also reviewed.
