Effect of ration level and temperature on oxygen consumption rate and ETS activity in Anguilla japonica | 摄食水平和温度对日本鳗鲡耗氧率与ETS活性的影响

Китайский. 分别在不同温度(22、27、32℃)以及不同摄食水平(饥饿、1%、2%、饱食)条件下对日本鳗鲡的ETS活性(AETS)和耗氧率(R)进行测定。研究结果表明,在饱食状态下,鳗鲡的耗氧率、ETS活性随着温度升高而增加,但R/AETS值基本恒定,保持在0.38左右;同时,在27℃温度下,随着摄食水平(LR)的增高,鳗鲡的耗氧率、ETS活性也随之增高,并且R/AETS值也呈现出相应增高的趋势,其具体关系如下:R/AETS=0.046 3 LR+0.249 5(r2=0.823 2)。

ETS activity and oxyen consumption rate(R) of the Japanese eel,Anguilla japonica,were determined at different temperature(22,27 and 32 ℃) and ration levels(starvation,1%,2% and satiation).On satiation,the ETS activity and R increased with the increasing of temperature,but the R/AETS ratio was not significantly affected by temperature,with the value maintained at about 0.38.While at 27 ℃,the ETS activity,R and the R/AETS ratio increased with the increasing of ration level.The regression relation between ration level and R/AETS was:R/AETS=0.046 3 LR+0.249 5(r2=0.823 2).
